Keith Kauffeld, Vice President of Operations for Air Academy Federal Credit
Union in Colo. Spgs., CO, was recently named chairman of the CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council (OpSS). Kauffeld is replacing Nader Moghaddam, president/CEO of Financial Partners CU in Downey, CA.
The new executive committee and officers for the CUNA OpSS Council were announced during the council’s annual conference, which took place Sept. 24-27 in San Francisco. The CUNA OpSS Council is a member-led partnership of operations, sales, and service professionals dedicated to providing education, leadership, networking support, professional development tools, and expertise to its members in order to shape the enhancement of the role and diversity of operations in the credit union industry.
