- By accessing I-Branch, you agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard your
password and that you will be responsible for any losses if you authorize anyone
to use your password.
- You assume all responsibility for any losses that occur on your account due to negligence,
i.e.: failing to protect your password from unauthorized use.
- You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to carefully review your statements,
to balance your account and to contact the credit union immediately if you believe
there is a discrepancy between a transaction you performed and the actual transaction
on your account.
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for accurately entering all data to perform
transactions, for verifying each transaction prior to completion and that the credit
union will not be liable for errors or incorrect transfers made by you via I-Branch.
- You agree to notify the credit union immediately by telephone and send written confirmation
if an unauthorized person obtains access to your password, you suspect fraud or
you discover unauthorized activity or transfers on your account.
- You understand and agree that ownership may not be identical on all account types
under your primary account number and that by allowing a joint owner access on one
account type, you are allowing them access to all account types under your primary
account number. You agree that you will be responsible for all transactions made
by any joint owner.
- No more than six (6) preauthorized, automatic, telephone or I-Branch transfers may
be made from your share account or your Money Fund to another account of yours or
to a third party in any calendar month, and no more than three (3) of these (6)
transfers may be made by check or debit card.
- The credit union may discontinue or restrict I-Branch transactions without notice.
- You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving the credit union written
notice.
- Entering your SSN as your initial I-Branch password means you have read, understand,
and agree with the disclosure connected with this service.
- You agree to future changes in terms, which will be provided electronically.

We recognize the importance of our responsibility in protecting our members' and
customers' nonpublic personal information. We want to protect the personal and financial
information you have entrusted to us. Therefore, we have adopted the following privacy
policy and approach that respects this information while addressing your needs.
We believe all personal and financial information specific to you made available
to us through any channel constitutes nonpublic personal information.

Collection of Non-Public Personal Information |

We collect non-public, personal information about you from the following sources: |

- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms. We may retain this
information so we can provide the products and services you have requested.
- Information about your transactions with our affiliate, AASC (Air Academy Service
Corporation), others, or us. This includes transactions conducted online using our
I-Branch. When you send us e-mail, we may retain the contents of the e-mail, your
e-mail address, and our response in order to handle any follow-up questions you
may have. We also use it to measure how effectively we address your concerns.
- Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency. This information will enable
us to make our lending decision.

Use and Sharing of Non-Public Personal Information |

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies
that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions
with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal
information about our members and former members to anyone, except as permitted
by law. |

Accuracy of Non-Public Personal Information |

We intend to exercise reasonable procedures in order to assure the accuracy of our
records and your personal information. Inaccurate information, when brought to our
attention, is corrected as promptly as possible. If you have any questions regarding
the accuracy of your personal information, please call a Member Service Representative
at 1-800-223-1983, or contact us via e-mail at
contactus@aafcu.com. We will investigate your issue and update your records
as needed. We request you keep your personal information as current as possible
so you may get the maximum benefit from Air Academy Federal Credit Union. In particular,
please make sure you inform us of your address and phone number changes so we may
communicate with you.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees
who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal standards
to guard your nonpublic personal information. Protecting your privacy is an ongoing
process. We will continue to review the measures we take to safeguard your personal
information. These reviews will result in new measures to protect member records
as we make changes to our information security practices and other internal control
systems to take advantage of new technologies.
