Education

Full-time, active, AAFCU employees who have completed one year of service or part-time employees that have worked a minimum of 1000 hours per year and have three years of service are eligible to participate in the undergraduate educational reimbursement program.

Employees can receive up to a maximum of $3,500 per calendar year in tuition reimbursement (application fees, books, fees are excluded) for undergraduate or graduate college level course work that meets the requirements of the program specifications.

In-house training offered every Wednesday morning from 8:00-10:00 a.m. utilizing E-learning modules and in person training.

 

401 (K) Retirement Plan

Available to all employees after the first of the month following hire date; includes investment matching program. Three year vesting schedule (must work 1000 hours minimum per year to count as service year).
