Protected by PRISM® fraud protection. For your protection, PRISM monitors your transactions and places a block on your card if fraudulent use is suspected. PRISM will then contact you to verify the transaction. It is very important to keep your contact information on file at AAFCU up-to-date. Update your contact information on the I-Branch or by calling us at 719.593.8600 or 800.223.1983.

If you anticipate traveling overseas, you should contact AAFCU beforehand so your card is not blocked in error.

For declined cards, please call 866.442.0251 within the United States or Internationally at 410.581.3836 (there is no charge for this phone call).

If your card is lost or stolen, please call AAFCU immediately at 719.593.8600 or 800.223.1983. You can also contact Visa directly at 800.528.2273 to place a block on your card.
