Air Academy Federal Credit Union (AAFCU) established the Air Academy Federal Credit Union Foundation on June 12, 2002, to promote financial education and wellness within the community. In the spirit of the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People," the Foundation provides free financial education classes and resources through our Financial Wellness Center and MoneyEDU. The Foundation seeks opportunities to support educators and community programs through seminars, grants, and will soon launch its very own scholarship program.
The Air Academy Federal Credit Union Foundation is managed by a volunteer board consisting of credit union employees and credit union board of director members. The Foundation board meets every six months, and the credit union employees are responsible for the Foundation's operations.
