Complete the Automatic Loan Payment form to set up a recurring automatic monthly payment to your AAFCU loan from your account at another financial institution. You will need the account number and routing number of the financial institution you are withdrawing the payment from to complete this form.
To make changes to an existing automatic loan payment, complete this form with your updated information and we will make the change for you. Your completed form must be received at least 3 business days prior to the payment process date.
Complete the Automatic Loan Payment Cancellation form to stop your recurring automatic monthly payment to your AAFCU loan. To cancel an automatic loan payment, your completed form must be received at least 3 business days prior to the payment process date.
Complete the Premium Overdraft Service Opt-Out form or call us at 800.223.1983 if you would like to Opt-out of overdraft privilege service on your AAFCU account. Premium Overdraft Service allows you to overdraw your account, up to the disclosed limit, for a fee in order to pay a transaction. By opting out of Premium Overdraft Service, transactions may be declined, resulting in additional fees.
Complete the Travel Alert form if you plan to travel out of your home state or abroad and plan to use your AAFCU debit card or AAFCU debit card with ATM access only while traveling. A travel alert helps minimize the chances of your debit card being declined for unusual activity. Your travel alert will be linked to your AAFCU debit card or AAFCU debit card with ATM access only within two business days of receiving your completed form. This alert will stay linked to your account for the amount of time you specified on your form. If for any reason you need to change the dates of your alert, submit a new form with the new dates, or contact us at 719.593.8600 or 800.223.1983 and we will make that change for you.
