Generally, insurance verification is handled by your insurance agent or insurance provider. As part of your loan obligation you are required to maintain certain levels of insurance. Please refer to your loan documentation for specific requirements.
You will need the Reference ID and Control Number listed on the notice you received to begin the verification process.
If you have insurance coverage for the property listed on your loan agreement, you may enter the required information in the Insurance Verification Form.
