One size doesn’t fit all with most things in life, and we believe the same is true for banking. At AAFCU, we're committed to building custom, caring financial solutions to give our members a banking experience that is personal by design. We're passionate about providing world-class member service and holding ourselves accountable to do what is right, not what is easy. Our commitment to service goes beyond the walls of our workplace and we seek opportunities to be involved and engaged in our communities. We're seeking talented individuals who share these values to join our team.
Our culture is unique. We're a growing organization with a family feel. Applicants who come in to interview feel this immediately. It's important we find the right fit for our culture - which means during your interview we want to get to know you, just as much as we want you to get to know us.
Integrity — Do what’s right
Quality — Be the best
