Core Conversion

Between March 19 and March 22, 2021, we are converting our core operating system. A core operating system upgrade is the most complex project a financial institution can undertake. While most changes will happen behind the scenes, there will be a few changes to how we do business and some brief disruption of services.

A detailed Core Conversion Guide was mailed to every member household the week of February 16. This guide contains timelines, important dates, and key information about our upcoming core operating system conversion, to help ensure a smooth transition for our valued members.

Below you'll find a variety of resources to help you prepare for the changes coming to your credit union in March. Over the next several weeks, we will continue adding information and resources to this webpage.

We encourage you to check this page periodically for updates.
