Today freshly made fruit juices–and even vegetable juices are enjoyed by all ages. When you’ve gotten the hang of it, you’ll know which fresh foods work best for you … and you’ll be able to buy the bruised apples or tomatoes at the local market, at a discount, knowing you have a use for them! You can really use any fruits or vegetables, but here’s a great recipe to get you started! This drink is full of veggie flavor and will give you lots of great energy and may even curb your appetite! I use whatever veggies and fruit I have handy, but a favorite is Spiced Veggie Breakfast Drink
